When A Door Closes, Look For The Open Window…

Lifestyle transitions are challenging. Here are some tips to help you navigate the lifestyle changes most women face as they prepare to design their next chapter

The Only Constant In Life Is Change...

After enjoying 8 years in one place, I closed the doors to my rented office. This space was my sanctuary, holding countless deep conversations and watching breakthroughs with awesome clients who trusted me to guide them through their life's journey. Letting it go feels bittersweet - like the feeling I had when I sent my sons off to kindergarten. Another milestone in this season of life, where lifestyle change seem to be a recurring event...

I'm Walking The Talk

I'm not retiring - far from it! The world shifted since the pandemic. Most clients prefer Zoom to an in-person meeting. My business evolved to allow me to specialize in helping high-achieving women - those who've spent decades climbing, striving, and building success - navigate transitions and create their own meaningful milestones.

Closing the office was a practical decision. I realized the change created space for me to walk the talk and live my purpose - helping other women embrace change and get excited about designing their next chapter.

Is A Lifestyle Change In Your Future?

Can you relate?  If you're a woman who's poured your heart and soul into your career or business and you're facing transition - maybe retirement, a career pivot, or launching a passion project - you're probably aware of the feelings that get triggered. Nostalgia, anticipation, and sometimes uncertainty are common emotions that arise. Maybe you're asking yourself "do I still want this lifestyle"? or wondering where to find resources to help you confidently navigate this adventure.

Shortest Path To A Successful Transition

Pro Tip:

When navigating change, it's tempting to lean on familiar tools like journaling, trusted friends, or even "Professor Google". While those help, research shows the #1 tool to help you success is your mindset! According to studies, 80% of success is due to your mindset, while only 20% of success is related to your skillset.

To shift your mindset, try this:  When doubt creeps in, reframe one thought. Swap out "I'm not sure how..." for "I'm open to learning how..." This subtle shift can help you build confidence to move forward.
